Adam is a senior media trainer and broadcast journalist with more than 25 years' BBC experience. He presents on BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC Radio 2, the BBC World Service and the BBC News Channel, and is a regular voice across BBC Radio Scotland, Wales, Ulster and the BBC's 40 regional stations. His journalism career has included covering business, finance and consumer news across the British and global airwaves, and he has also worked for Times Radio. As a media and crisis communication trainer, Adam has worked extensively across the Middle East, Europe and Africa through his consultancy Adam Kirtley Media. His clients include senior executives at major energy companies, banks, mining companies, European government agencies and international courts. Notable engagements include crisis media training for judges at a major European court, ongoing media and presentation skills training for a major Middle Eastern energy company, and crisis training for the Seychelles government during a live banking and telecoms crisis. Anne is a corporate communications strategist and trainer with more than 25 years' international experience across multiple industries and highly multicultural environments. Her career has been primarily in-house, leading the development, planning and management of communication strategies, internal and external campaigns, crisis communications and stakeholder engagement programmes for major international organisations including Jumeirah Group, Future Pipe Industries and the Rezidor Hotel Group. In 2010, she co-founded In2 Consulting, an award-winning boutique strategic communications agency based in Dubai specialising in hospitality and technology. The agency won the 2018 UAE Business Awards for Best Hospitality PR Agency and was shortlisted for the PRCA MENA Awards. Anne holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in hotel administration from the Hotel School The Hague. She is a former board member of the Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA). At ISOC, Anne delivers corporate communications, crisis communication and stakeholder engagement programmes. She also teaches communications courses at Zayed University, Middlesex University and the Higher Colleges of Technology. Anouska is a corporate trainer and leadership coach with more than 24 years' experience in senior management, sales, marketing and hospitality. She specialises in helping individuals and teams develop practical skills in public speaking, presentation, leadership, communication and interpersonal effectiveness. Her training style is engaging, energetic and focused on immediate application. Anouska's career includes senior roles across the hotel and travel industry. As Director of Operations for the Middle East at Hotel Dynamics, she was responsible for 16 hotel loyalty programmes across five-star properties throughout the region, managing more than 400 employees. Caitlin brings a distinctive creative background to her corporate training. She is a Brit-American actress, writer and director who has developed screenplays for Lightworkers Media and The History Channel, where she was a staff writer on The Bible. Chaker is an award-winning Palestinian-Canadian author, reporter and public speaker. He has spoken at the United Nations, Google, Meta, national parliaments and major international conferences. He is the Executive Chairman of OBCIDO Inc., a New York-based digital and media company, and has published six novels, two of which appeared on Amazon's bestseller lists. Chaker was named Esquire Middle East Man of the Year in 2015, and in 2016 was ranked first by Arabian Business in their 100 Most Powerful Arabs Under 40. In the same year, he received the Mentor Arabia Award from Queen Silvia of Sweden and Prince Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. In 2017, he was recognised as a Global Trailblazer alongside Arianna Huffington by Bridges of Understanding. He has been listed in Inc. Magazine's 51 Powerful Middle-Eastern Businessmen. Corrina is a communication and professional development trainer specialising in interpersonal skills, leadership and workplace productivity. She is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, a facilitator of intercultural awareness and a behavioural style consultant using DiSC profiling tools to help individuals and teams understand their own communication patterns and work more effectively with others. She is also a qualified Mind Gym coach and Inter-Cultural Intelligence Certified. Corrina qualified with the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing and built her career across several countries, living and working in Australia, Egypt and Bahrain before settling in Dubai. She has also worked at Finsbury, one of the world's leading financial and strategic communications firms. He spent 15 years as a foreign correspondent and editor, founding Bloomberg News' business and finance coverage in the Middle East in 2000 and later co-running the Reuters Gulf financial newsroom. He then moved in-house, leading corporate affairs and communications for Abraaj Capital, government relations for BlackBerry in MENA, and corporate and government affairs for Mondelez International across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She served as a press secretary at St James's Palace, advising and accompanying members of the Royal Family on visits and public engagements, and represented the Palace at press office meetings at Buckingham Palace. Joumana is a senior Arabic broadcast journalist and media trainer with more than 20 years' experience in television, radio and digital media. She is currently chief editor and senior news anchor at Al Mashhad TV, where she leads editorial teams and anchors major news programming. Her career spans newsrooms across the Arab world, including senior presenting and editorial roles at AlAan TV, Al Ekhbariya in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait TV and Live Point. Alongside her broadcasting career, Joumana has spent more than a decade as a media trainer. She delivers training in Arabic media performance, TV and radio presenting, public speaking, voiceover and strategic media engagement. Nick is a senior media trainer with more than 30 years' experience as an international broadcast journalist. He trained at the BBC and spent 15 years with ITV News and ITN as a reporter, presenter, producer and senior editor before joining the management team that launched Al Jazeera English in 2006, where he ran the channel's reporting division and oversaw global content and breaking news. Since founding his own media consultancy in Dubai in 2010, Nick has specialised in training senior executives, government officials and corporate spokespeople in media skills, presentation and crisis communication. He spent several years embedded as an advisor in a senior government communications office, and his clients include Emirates Airline, Qatar Airways, NEOM, the UAE Ministry of Investment, Rolls Royce, IKEA, Standard Chartered, the Saudi Capital Markets Authority and the UAE Central Bank. Broadcast journalist, presenter and media trainer
Punam is a broadcast journalist, presenter and media trainer with a career spanning radio, television and film. She began as a news journalist and breakfast show host at BBC WM in Birmingham before working as a BBC News journalist. She was then recruited by Dubai One TV to host and write their first English-language lifestyle show, Out and About, which became the channel's longest-running English programme. The show saw her interviewing international figures and travelling to destinations across the UAE and beyond. She is a freelance producer and host for Dubai Eye Radio 103.8. Beyond broadcasting, Punam has worked as a filmmaker, with her debut documentary premiering at the Dubai International Film Festival as a Muhr Awards finalist.
